The focus of this family-centered treatment model will be to promote family wellness, stability and collaboration with social services. One integrated team of experienced professionals will provide family support including counseling, respite, mentoring and social services. Services will be community based, with most occurring in the home and school. A member of the treatment team will be available to families 24 hours per day.
