Ensure customers are greeted and assisted in a timely manner.  Maintains and monitors appointment scheduling, receipt of payments, managing complaints/grievances and ensuring overall client satisfaction while checking in or out for services. To ensure all necessary appointments, demographic, episode of care and financial information is entered timely, accurately and appropriately. Must be committed to a high level of customer satisfaction, teamwork, and accountability.  Position is Full Time. 



§  High school diploma.

§  Great customer service skills, computer skills, and phone etiquette.

§  Experience working in a clinical office setting and/or retail experience a plus.
